Five young local men are to attempt to write themselves into the record books, while raising some much needed funds for Midlands Simon and Athlone Community Radio. The five aim to break the current Guinness World Record for the length of time spent playing a video game continuously. The official record attempt will take place in Golden Island Shopping Centre, Athlone from Thursday February 17 until Saturday February 19.
